How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject ManroopRealEstate.ca Privacy Request. State whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion and identify the email address or phone number you used when submitting the inquiry.
Identity verification
To protect personal information, additional information may be requested to reasonably verify that the requester is the person to whom the record relates. Do not email government identification unless specifically requested through a secure process.
What may be affected
A verified request can apply to website lead records and related first-party records that can reasonably be associated with the requester. Certain records may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, transaction, security or recordkeeping purposes.
Optional analytics
First-party analytics use a pseudonymous session identifier rather than a name in the ordinary analytics record. Visitors can decline optional analytics through Privacy Choices. Where an analytics record cannot reasonably be connected back to an identified individual, an individual deletion request may not identify a specific record to remove.
