Information you choose to submit
When you submit a consultation, buyer, seller, home-evaluation or other inquiry, the website may collect the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, real-estate goal, property category and type, city or area, price range, timing, financing position, property address where relevant, and the notes you provide.
Why submitted information is used
Submitted information is used to receive, review and respond to the request you made, maintain a record of that inquiry, protect the form from abuse and support the related real-estate conversation. Submitting a consultation or real-estate request is not consent to unrelated mass marketing.
Basic first-party website analytics
The site uses limited first-party analytics to understand how the website performs and which pages, guides, decision tools and calls to action are useful. This basic measurement is designed for low-risk, site-improvement and campaign-audit purposes. The compact Privacy notice explains the measurement, while the Privacy settings control provides an option to turn basic analytics off.
Basic analytics may record the page path and landing page, the referring domain when supplied by the browser or app, a traffic category such as direct, organic search, AI referral, social, referral or paid advertising, campaign parameters supplied in an advertising link, coarse device type, browser family and operating-system family, active time, maximum scroll depth, action categories such as call/text/tool/CTA clicks, and a short session-level page journey.
The Manroop Analytics business-data table is designed not to store raw visitor IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, browser fingerprints, exact mouse coordinates, session-replay recordings, keystroke values, or form-field contents before submission. Known advertising click identifiers may be recognized by type for attribution, but the raw click-ID value is not stored by Manroop Analytics.
Organic search and AI referral information
When a browser or app supplies a referring domain, the site may classify traffic from sources such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or other referring services. Some browsers and apps intentionally remove referral information, so traffic shown as direct or unknown may include visits whose original source cannot be reliably identified. Exact Google organic search queries are generally not provided to the website through the referrer and are instead reviewed in aggregate through services such as Google Search Console.
Paid advertising attribution and audit
Paid links may contain campaign information such as source, medium, campaign, ad group, keyword, creative, match type, device or network. Basic first-party analytics may use those link parameters to compare an advertising platform’s reported clicks with tagged requests that actually reached the website, and then measure on-site activity such as active time, scroll depth and action clicks. This first-party audit does not treat every advertising click as a lead.
Optional advertising-platform measurement
If advertising measurement is configured, the site may offer optional measurement through providers such as Google, Microsoft or Meta. Those third-party advertising tags are loaded by Manroop Analytics only after the visitor expressly chooses Allow ad measurement. If the visitor does not allow advertising measurement, those configured advertising tags remain blocked by this system.
When allowed, the advertising providers may process technical information such as IP address, cookies or similar identifiers, page URLs, advertising click information and conversion events under their own privacy terms. ManroopRealEstate.ca does not use the first-party analytics layer to create a browser fingerprint or to record form-field contents for advertising purposes.
Data settings and withdrawal
The Privacy settings control allows a visitor to permit or decline advertising measurement and to turn the site’s basic analytics on or off. A visitor can reopen Data Settings from the website footer and change the selection at any time. Closing the compact notice by itself does not change either preference or enable advertising measurement. Turning off basic analytics stops new Manroop Analytics events for that browser choice; it does not prevent strictly necessary hosting, security or fraud-prevention processing required to operate and protect the website.
Bot and security protection
Production forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or another disclosed bot-protection service. Hosting, firewall and security systems may process technical request information needed to deliver the site, detect abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate security incidents and protect the service. Security processing is separate from the Manroop Analytics business-data table.
Retention
Visit-level Manroop Analytics records are currently configured for a 90-day retention period unless the site setting is changed for a documented operational or legal reason. Information that is no longer reasonably required should be deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Lead and transaction-related records may have different retention obligations depending on their purpose and applicable real-estate or legal requirements.
Access, correction or deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry by using the process on the Data Access & Deletion page. Identity verification may be required before information is disclosed, changed or deleted.
